I experienced firsthand the challenges that many students face with math during their early school years. Failing math in the 3rd grade was a pivotal moment that led to seeking help from a peer, who patiently explained difficult concepts and turned confusion into clarity. This experience not only helped me excel academically, eventually graduating with an A* in the Grade 10 O'Levels Math Exam, but also ignited a lifelong passion for teaching and engineering.
Over the course of 12+ years, I’ve personally taught maths, science and engineering design to over 10,000 students in USA & Canada.

What drives me to build My Tutor Studio - where I still teach daily - is the fact that in the AI-driven world of tomorrow, math proficiency will be essential for our children's success.

What is the My Tutor Studio story?

My Tutor Studio was founded by Mahamudul Hasan, who overcame early academic struggles in math with the help of a peer. This experience ignited his passion for teaching and engineering, leading him to excel academically and eventually earn a Mechanical Engineering degree.

How do we enroll for top notch tutoring ?

Once you click the ‘Find the right tutor’ button on our website, you fill out a short form to help us understand your child’s math needs. Post this, a dedicated math expert is assigned, and a trial session is conducted. A successful trial session leads to the student choosing a tutoring plan that suits their needs.

How does the tutoring program work?

We offer LIVE online math classes for grades K-12. Here's how our math program works:

  1. Fill out the form on the website so that we can understand your child’s exact math needs.

  2. A highly visual & interactive trial session is conducted, giving a glimpse of the way we engage students in the learning.

  3. Handpicked tutors curate a personalized learning path for every student aligned to the US Common Core standards.

  4. Students learn & build confidence in 1-to-1 LIVE online classes.

  5. Our advanced learning program helps students excel in school and competitive tests.

How are My Tutor Studio classes conducted?

  1. Our admissions counselor identifies the specific needs of the student by connecting with the parent.

  2. A tutor is assigned based on the unique needs of the student.

  3. The dedicated math tutor conducts 1 or more 1-to-1 LIVE online classes per week with the student at a pre-determined time.

  4. Classes are conducted on My Tutor Studio's Highly Engaging Virtual Classroom Platform .

    The student needs a desktop/laptop with headphones, a microphone, and broadband internet to join a class.

What is the frequency and duration of My Tutor Studio's online classes ?

  1. A student will have a minimum of one class per week.

  2. For High-School math, we recommend two classes per week (because of the higher volume of the curriculum).

  3. Each class is 55 mins long, and the class size is 1-to-1.

    You CAN choose a class frequency and class timings that suit you.

Does My Tutor Studio offer offline classes at physical centers too?
